I went to _______ horse show on Saturday, when are my proofs going to be up?

Uptonia Photography gurantees your proofs will be up within 72 hours of the event. So if the horse show you attended was on a Saturday, you can expect proofs by late Tuesday at the latest.

Will my photo look exactly like it does when I order it?

No! All pictures ordered through Uptonia photography are individually processed to give clients maximum quality in their event proofs. Upon ordering, your photo will be cropped, color & sharpness re-touched, and the background will be edited to remove any distracting elements (At especially crowded shows, some backgrounds cannot totally be cloned out, but every image will be thoroughly edited to put as much attention on the horse and rider as possible).

What do you mean by background replacement?

I was in _______ class, why didn't you get a picture of me?

I shoot with a quality over quantity motto. If I didn't get a picture of you and your horse in every class you were entered in, it wasn't because I didn't like you! Crowded flat classes and quick running pleasure classes are especially hard to get pictures of everyone. I take extra care to get as many quality images of you and your horse per show. If you are interested in getting some pictures, feel free to approach me at horse shows and let me know that you would like to get images of you and your horse and I'll do my best to accomodate your requests!

I'm going to be at one of the horse shows you're shooting, and would like to get portraits of me and my horse at the show. Will you do that?

Yes, I will snap candid portraits of you and your horse per request at horse shows. However, my first priority at horse shows is getting performance pictures of horses and riders. Therefore, any portraits taken of you and your horse will have to be on my free-time. Schooling breaks, before the show, and after the show are the best times for this. Just come talk to me and I'll be happy to set-up a time during the day when the show ring is not active.
